HCPC Registered Occupational Therapist & Mindset Coach
I help people overcome the subconscious patterns that keep them feeling stuck — whether that's self-doubt, anxiety, stress, overwhelm or limiting beliefs. My approach combines healthcare experience with evidence-informed therapeutic techniques to help people move forward with greater confidence and emotional freedom.
I'm an Occupational Therapist with a passion for helping people create meaningful and lasting change. Throughout my career, I've worked with individuals facing a wide range of personal and professional challenges. Over time, I became increasingly interested in the subconscious patterns that often keep people feeling stuck, even when they know what they want to change.
This led me to train in mindset coaching, allowing me to combine my healthcare background with approaches that help people move beyond limiting beliefs, anxiety and emotional blocks. My aim is to provide a supportive and practical space where people can experience profound change in a space that feels light and long lasting.
Qualifications"I believe that lasting change doesn't come from trying harder."
In my experience, many of the struggles people face are driven by patterns the mind has developed over time — patterns that may once have served a purpose but no longer do. Rather than focusing solely on goals or accountability, I combine coaching with evidence-informed therapeutic approaches to help resolve the underlying patterns contributing to stress, self-doubt, anxiety and emotional blocks. Clients often describe leaving sessions feeling clearer and more confident, with changes that feel natural and long lasting.
Every session is tailored to the individual and their goals.

Seanin brings lightness and humor to her sessions, so even when I'm dealing with something heavy it seems to transform painlessly. It's pretty mind-blowing.
